He will be working with our Executive Director Steve Zeidwerg to maintain our building and to make sure all programs, events, and services are set up properly and everything runs smoothly. Over the summer, Rabbi Jesse Olitzky, Rabbi Rachel Marder, and Director of Education Nomi Kornfeld visited Beth El campers at eight different Jewish sleepaway camps! This past Shabbat, the last Shabbat of summer, Rabbi O reflected on the power of Jewish summer camp and why it's so important to send our kids to camp, and have them bring their experiences at camp back home!

We kicked off our summer tour visiting incredible Beth El campers experiencing so much Jewish joy and ruach at Jewish summer camps throughout the area. This week, Rabbi Jesse Olitzky and Director of Education Nomi Kornfeld visited Beth El campers at Ramah Palmer, URJ Crane Lake Camp, Camp Young Judaea Sprout Lake, NJY Camps, and Camp Ramah in the Poconos. It was so great to see so many Beth El members experience the joy of Jewish camp, making lifelong friendships, and growing in their love and appreciation of Judaism and Jewish community.
