Well, it appears the weather once again is going to get the best of us when it comes to our Fish ‘N’ Fellowship 🥲

Due to extreme heat and the high possibility of severe thunderstorms, we have made the decision to cancel tomorrows event and plan to reschedule it in the fall when things cool off and the weather isn’t against us.

Keep checking socials as we will have many other events and activities through the summer!

It is easy to begin viewing the church as a building that we are obligated to show up at. Church can become a check mark on our to-do-list and even an annoyance. But what we must realize is that the church is a GIFT from the Lord! It is NOT a building but a community united by the blood of Christ!

Church is not necessary for salvation, but is absolutely necessary for a believer to thrive in their walk with the Lord! We are not called to be isolated as followers of the King. instead we are blessed to be a united body by our shared Savior 👏

So then…. What is your view of the church?

🙌 Praise God for what took place at the city of Jerusalem in Acts 2 🙌
