THIS SUNDAY! It's Bring a Friend Sunday - yay!
Bring your neighbor, bring your co-worker, bring a family member, bring 'em all! Let's worship together and share the message of God's grace and love with everyone. Join us for Praise & Worship Time in the Fellowship Hall Building from 9:35am to 9:55am, followed by our 10am worship service in the sanctuary. AND... of course, there's a Potluck! Let's get to know one another with some fellowship and food, plus we'll hear from our Christian Ed. Committee about the Fall programs starting up for all ages.

Bring a Friend & Rally Sunday!
Time to kick things off for our Fall Semester of Bible Study and Christian Education with our “Faith Formation” programs!

On Sunday September 6th, we’re encouraging everyone to BRING A
FRIEND to learn more about our programs, worship with us during our morning service, AND to fellowship with us at a “Good Old-Fashioned” Potluck Lunch right after church.

Please sign up for the Potluck in the Gathering Place in Knohl Hall, and bring extra for all the FRIENDS we’ll bringing with us that morning!

During the Potluck, our Christian Ed. Program will share more information about upcoming Bible Study options for adults and youth, including:
- 9am Sunday Adult Bible Study in Pastors Hall beginning Sept. 13.
- 11am Sunday Youth Bible Study in Education Wing beginning Sept. 13.
-“Brown Bag & Bible Study” Thursdays at 11am beginning Sept. 3rd.

Our Church Growth Committee will have special welcome bags and church info prepared for our friends and guests so that they can get to know us better, and hopefully we can get to know more about them as well. Be sure to grab family, friends, and neighbors for this exciting day of worship, fellowship, and sharing the Good News!

On Saturday our SPC Choir and instrumentalists participated in the 2nd annual Mass Choir HymnFest hosted by The Foothills Presbytery Music Leaders. The event took place at John Knox Presbyterian in Greenville and included over 140 singers and musicians. SPC was well represented by those participating and by those in attendance. Thank you to all of our music and arts ministry participants, and to our congregation for such wonderful support.
