June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month.

Shree Swaminarayan Hindu Temple - Gadhpur Dham and SVG Charity are observing Men's Mental Health Week from June 8–14, 2026, to raise awareness and encourage open conversations about mental well-being.

In the United States, nearly 80% of su***de deaths are men. This reminds us that many men struggle silently and need support, understanding, and encouragement.
