We need dreams. We need vision. We need passion. But we also need daily committment and discipline to that dream or vision to see manifestation. That's where the rubber meets the road. Prayer plus a lot of elbow grease of hard work. Plus periodic evaluation of the process and our progress to make sure we're on track. And sometimes along the journey we have to retool and resharpen our ax blade obtaining more wisdom and skill to make sure we are also worker smarter and not just harder. Let's go!!
