We’re so thankful to our guest speakers, Dave and Ashley Willis, for bringing a weekend full of helpful marriage lessons and wisdom! In all five services, our guest speakers poured into couples and singles alike, teaching how to “Do Marriage Better.” We love the Willises and hope you enjoyed hearing their expert marriage advice!

Next weekend we’ll be hosting our Serve Fair during all five services, come hang out and see where you can get plugged in!

So grateful for another weekend of worship with the Trinity Church family!

This weekend we learned that people either worship God or creation, and if we worship idols, they become our personal plagues. Pastor Mark brought a great sermon reminding us that God lifts up the humble, like Moses, and the proud are held responsible, like Pharaoh.

At Trinity church, we welcome everyone to worship with us, receive prayer and experience God’s love and redemption.
 
This weekend we saw that Pharaoh rejected God, Moses questioned Him, and the people doubted. But God was still faithful to His people. Jesus Christ still redeems us even when we question him. If we feel broken, we should look back at all the times God has been faithful in our lives and the generations before us. The word encourages us to be humble like Moses, and God will bless the generations after us.

"When your morality is not tethered to God's word, you end up being immorally moral." Like our world today, the Egyptians didn't value human life in or out of the womb.

"Human life bears the image and likeness of God, has dignity, value, and worth from womb to tomb, or you have no morality whatsover." -Pastor Mark.

We’re still fired up after a great weekend of worshiping Jesus and continuing our study through Exodus! 🙌

Pastor Mark’s message reminded us that obedience isn’t always easy, and sometimes things get harder before they get better. But even when we can’t see what God is doing, we can trust that He is faithful and He does not abandon His people.

Exodus 4 ends with a whole nation bowed low before a single step of the mission is taken. That’s not a warm-up. That’s the strategy.

Last weekend, to cool down from the intense Phoenix summer heat, we brought thousands of pounds of snow to Trinity Church for Christmas in July! Kids loved the sledding hill, families got free snow cones and "chilled hot chocolate," and Pastor Zac delivered a great sermon on Jesus as our Shepherd Savior, closing out our Complete in Christ "mini" series.

Pastor Mark is returning this weekend to pick back up in Exodus 4! See you Saturday at 2 or 4 p.m. or Sunday at 8:30, 10:10, or 11:50 a.m.
