In His Likeness: The Beatitudes invites us to rediscover who we were created to be. From the beginning, God made us in His image and likeness—created to reflect His character, live in relationship with Him, and bring His goodness into the world. Yet sin distorted that image, leaving us searching for purpose and fulfillment in all the wrong places. In the Beatitudes, Jesus paints a beautiful portrait of the life He came to restore. Far more than a list of virtues or blessings, these opening words of the Sermon on the Mount reveal the character of Christ and the kind of people God is shaping us to become. Through His grace, Jesus is making us more like Himself—humble, merciful, pure, peacemaking, and faithful. Join us as we discover what it means to live "In His Likeness" and reflect the heart of our Creator in a broken world.

We had a great Sunday yesterday! Pastor Scooter preached a good word on Matthew 5:13-16, and our kids learned what it means to be Fishers of Men in our Kids' Connection.

“You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste, how shall its saltiness be restored? It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled under people's feet. You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven." Matthew 5:13-16

Today we are celebrating Harper Long's baptism! Harper decided to publicly pronounce her faith through baptism following our church service last Sunday August 23rd. We are so proud of her for taking this big step in her faith journey!

Our Ukulele Outreach Ministry recently shared music, smiles, and fellowship with our friends in Santa Rosa Beach and Miramar. Through familiar songs and simple melodies, we’re reminded that music has a wonderful way of reaching the heart.

We’re grateful for every smile, every sing-along, and every moment shared. What a blessing to serve and love our community through music!
