Summer in the Psalms

This summer, we’re slowing down and leaning into the timeless words found in the book of Psalms.

Each week, one of our pastors will share a meaningful message rooted in a Psalm—exploring real emotions, honest prayers, and practical truths that help us navigate everyday life with God.

Whether you’re experiencing joy, uncertainty, gratitude, or struggle, the Psalms remind us that God meets us right where we are.

Join us this summer as we discover how ancient words can still speak powerfully into our lives, and give us words to speak powerfully today.

Tomorrow is the last time we’ll have a mid-town meeting before we tamper down for the summer.

Throughout these meetings, we have been praying about this church and community and talking about the vision for this church.

Tomorrow we’ll be talking more about the how.

We’ve seen God move in powerful ways — lives changed, people stepping out in faith, and the message of Jesus continuing to reach far beyond our walls.

From our local community to places all across the world, the people of Good News Church are living out the mission. Through serving, giving, praying, inviting, and going, the Church is being the Church.

This series has been a reminder that the Gospel was never meant to stay in one place. It moves through willing people. And every story of impact we’re seeing is proof that God is still working through ordinary people who simply say “yes.”

We’re believing this is only the beginning of what God wants to do through His people.
