👀 When do I feel tempted to hide or quiet my faith, and what specific fears drive that hesitation?
⁉️How has the message of the gospel actively transformed my own heart, habits, and perspective?
🏚️ Who in my life needs to experience this saving power right now, and how can I share it with them?

Psalm 119 tells us that, as we seek to live out God’s truths,

► It grants us comfort in affliction.
► It anchors our soul amid a sea of lies.
► It keeps us from falling into the enemy’s snares.
► It sustains us in hard times.
► It helps us know the character of God.
► It enables us to be a testimony to others.
► It gives us hope.
► It is life-giving.
► It gives us wisdom and understanding.
► It leads to joys that we can sing about!

A doctrine is a core belief or a set of teachings to follow. Did you know that the word itself comes from the Latin ‘doctor,’ meaning ‘teacher’? Bible doctrine teaches us about God—who He is, what He stands for, and His desires for us. These facts give us the faith to believe that God is trustworthy, and that He is and does what He says.
