Join us for the Messiah Sing Along this Sunday, November 30 at 12:15 PM and celebrate the joy of the Advent season with family, friends, and the St. Matthew’s community. Composed by George Frideric Handel in 1741, the music of the Messiah tells the story of the Jesus from his birth to the resurrection and has become a favorite for generations. You are invited to sing along with our chancel choir, or just listen to your favorite Messiah choruses. The program will feature excerpts of the Messiah featuring our staff soloists David Von Bargen, Hyun Suk Jang, Owen McInnis, and a guest singer, along with Philip Keil on organ, and the brilliant Karen Hutchenson on piano. Come, join the fun and ring in Advent and the reason for the season – Hallelujah!
