SF Cares SF CARES is a collaboration of St. Paulus Lutheran Church, SF Night Ministry, Welcome, St. Mary and Mary and St. Martha Lutheran Church, and St. Thank you.

Francis Lutheran Church, to name but a few - all faithful organizations who are working together in order to increase our ability to help the undeserved in San Francisco. We are particularly passionate about providing opportunities, resources and support for individuals who are poor, homeless, formerly homeless and experiencing mental health or brain disorder issues. Among other things, our collab

orators grow and distribute fresh produce, feed communal meals to hundreds each month in a variety of venues, advocate for those we serve, accompany and provide pastoral care for thousands of people each year, and dream together of what more we can do next. Please donate to SF CARES using the donate button at the top of our page or on our website (top right yellow button): http://sfcares.blogspot.com/

SF CARES stands for Compassion, Advocacy, Resilience and Education Services. NB: Our long standing Vision Events provide free eye tests and prescription glasses for anyone who can't afford eye care. Medical providers regularly tell their patients to come to our Vision Events on the wrong dates, days and times - we have no idea why they repeatedly do this! Please ONLY contact us to find out when the next event is. The events take place at Saint Paulus church.
