If Mother's Day makes you want to crawl into a hole and not come out for 24 hours, I get it.

Mother's Day is so hard for so many, for so many differnt reasons. Those who long to be mothers but can't. Those who were a mother and lost their sweet baby. Those who have lost more than one child, your strength astounds me. Those who lost their mothers. And those who never had a mother they could count on. It is hard.

I see you.

I've been the person dying to be a mother and being told she never would be.

I have been the person burying her mother just as she becomes one.

I have been the person burying her own child while feeling like she could not carry on for another single second.

I see you.

Do whatever you need to do to make it through this week and Sunday. Take care of yourself. You don't owe anyone anything. Just do your best to be. ❤️
