St. Jude The Apostle - Polish National Catholic Church

St. Jude The Apostle - Polish National Catholic Church Additionally, we offer a live stream of our Mass on YouTube at , and we encourage you to connect with us online. St. Marcus R. Rev. John E.

We cordially invite you to join us for Holy Mass on Sundays at 8AM in Spanish and 1PM in English at 1435 Oaklawn Dr. Pleasanton Texas, as well as during the week. Jude The Apostle Catholic Church is part of the Buffalo-Pittsburgh Diocese of the Polish National Catholic Church (PNCC), which was founded in 1897 by Bishop Francis Hodur to serve Polish nationals. Our parish in San Antonio was establi

shed by Fr. Tinajero, Ph.D., Cleric Robert Grizzell, with the blessing of our Diocesan Bishop, Rt. Mack and Prime Bishop Anthony Mikovsky, to address the diverse needs of the Hispanic community and the broader population of San Antonio. As a congregation, we uphold Catholic faith and traditions, recognizing the validity of all seven Sacraments alongside the Roman Catholic Church (with whom we are in dialogue via canon 844.2). Our Masses are conducted in both English and Spanish, fostering inclusivity within our community. We engage in various spiritual practices, including praying the rosary, conducting novenas, and holding benedictions. The Holy Eucharist is administered through intinction (host is dipped in wine and placed on the tongue) ONLY, allowing congregants to receive the Body and Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ in a manner that respects individual preferences for kneeling or standing. Our devotion to Our Lady, the Blessed Mother (Guadalupe & Częstochowa), and the saints serves as a guiding example of Christian living. Finally, as a jurisdiction, we welcome married men into the priesthood, allowing for the ordination of married priests from other apostolic churches, and permitting them to ascend to the role of bishop. Also, priests and deacons may be ordained before or after marriage, and divorced individuals are also welcome to receive and participate in the Sacraments, including holy communion. Our governance is led by our Prime Bishop, with the Church headquarters located in Scranton, PA, and we encompass five dioceses across the U.S. and Canada, along with parishes in Norway and Italy. COME JOIN US!

Anima Christi

ALMA de Cristo, santifícame
Cuerpo de Cristo, sálvame
Sangre de Cristo, embriágame
Agua del costado de Cristo, lávame
Pasión de Cristo, confórtame
Oh buen Jesús, óyeme
Dentro de tus llagas, escóndeme
No permitas que me separe de Tí
Del maligno enemigo, defiéndeme
En la hora de mi muerte, llámame
Y mándame ir a Tí
Para que con Tus santos Te alabe
Por los siglos de los siglos. Amén.

Anima Christi

Soul of Christ, sanctify me.
Body of Christ, save me.
Blood of Christ, inebriate me.
Water from the side of Christ, wash me.
Passion of Christ, strengthen me.
O Good Jesus, hear me.
Within your wounds hide me.
Permit me not to be separated from you.
From the wicked foe, defend me.
At the hour of my death, call me
and bid me come to you
That with your saints I may praise you
For ever and ever. Amen.
