Trinity Cathedral's Sobriety Support Ministry will offer a free Recovery Retreat on Saturday, September 26th! From 9:00am-12:00pm, we will gather in the Assembly Area to explore the theme "Practicing Everyday Resurrection." 🦋

All are welcome - those who are celebrating, curious about, or struggling with recovery from any substance or habit, and the people who love them. We'll welcome guest speaker Rev. Coleen Tully and the event will be co-sponsored by Trinity's Sobriety Support Ministry and the Diocese of Northern California's Partners in Ministries of Health. Last Thursday, colleagues and loved ones gathered to celebrate the life of The Rt. Rev. Jerry Lamb, former Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Northern California. A beautiful, meaningful service celebrating Bishop Lamb’s life, legacy and impact. 💜

We're a little over two weeks away from the Program Year Kick-Off! 🎉

On Sunday, September 13 we will return to three services at 7:30 a.m., 9:00 a.m., and 11:00 a.m. Since it is a Second Sunday of the month, it will also be an All Ages Eucharist! We will also bless the backpacks and bless the many ministers who serve in our various children's and family formation ministries. After the 9:00 a.m. service, we will have Sunday School and Youth Group. Come join in on this fun upcoming Sunday!

The Justice and Mercy (JAM) SPIRiT team is a collection of ministries at the Cathedral that try to correct social injustices in our community with love and compassion. This group aims to address structural inequities, build community resilience, and live out their faith in the community through the actions of these ministries. 💜

JAM is comprised of feeding ministries, environmental justice, support for our LGBTQ+, Indigenous, and Immigrant neighbors, advocacy and educational support, and much more. Here are a few of the JAM leaders that help bring these ministries to life!
