Sacramento Region!
REGIONAL PLANS & STRATEGIES ARE COMING FORTH…
I heard this phrase stirring in my spirit… regional plans and strategies are coming forth.
God is raising up people who can discern the word hovering over their territory. In Genesis, the Spirit of God hovered over the face of the deep… and then God spoke. The hovering preceded the utterance. The movement of the Spirit signaled that something was about to be formed.
I believe there are regions, cities, and nations where the Spirit of God is hovering right now. There is divine intent over territories. There is a word over places. There are plans and strategies in the mind of God waiting to be discerned and declared.
This is why prophets and prophetic people must be tuned in. Our assignment is not to merely observe a region… but to discern what God is saying and then speak it. We are not called to mindlessly repeat fear, chaos, and darkness. We are called to hear what heaven is saying… see what God is revealing… and declare it without wavering.
God told Ezekiel to prophesy to dry bones. He did not tell him to sit back and describe the valley. He told him to open his mouth and speak until dead things responded to the word of the Lord.
That is the assignment now.
We must speak over the bones.
We must speak over territories.
We must speak over cities.
We must speak over regions.
We partner with God by hearing what He says, seeing what He shows, and declaring it boldly. Some territories are waiting on prophetic voices to stop narrating problems and start releasing the word of the Lord.
This is the hour to discern what is hovering… and speak from the place of revelation.
