On September 25, 2025, the Divine shined brightly on our movement. 🙏

The South Salt Lake Police Department officially surrendered in our federal civil case, choosing non-opposition to our First Amended Complaint.

For the first time in federal court, Sugarleaf Church has achieved a monumental RFRA victory, continuing the legacy of 30+ state-level triumphs. This moment proves again: our faith cannot be silenced, our Sacraments cannot be criminalized, and our community will not back down. 🌿🍄✨

But the fight is not over. DA’s offices and state agencies continue to defy federal supremacy and harass our clergy. Reverend Joshua Roberts faces court on October 10, and Reverend Aaron O’Connor remains under attack. Yet, we stand strong, unwavering, and relentless.

I will never forget this tragedy. I know who set our church on fire. The Yolo Coumnty Sheriffs were bragging about it to the community. Karma is a bitch, especially when you take lives.

I could not be more blessed and grateful everyday for Joseph M. Tully & Tully & Weiss Attorneys at Law. Six years ago today we slayed the tyranical unconstitutional injustices of YubaNet Yuba County Yuba County Sheriff's Department Yuba County Sheriff Wendell Anderson Yuba County District Attorney's Office Julia Scrogin (mutant) Yolo County District Attorney Jeff Reising Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District Placer County Government Gavin Newsom Jerry Brown CHP - Capitol Protection and many many more for the last time! The dirty rotten plant pirates stole well over 30,000 Sacred Plants from Sugarleaf Church and its Members, and raided us over 20x. That was a bad idea and not working out to well at all for Califonia or anywhere for that matter. I want to give special thanks my favorite RICO raketeering fan club members above; you now have and we have with 29 victoriuos RFRA cases for our Members.
