The month of June is dedicated to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus.
When our Savior appeared to St. Margaret Mary Alacoque in June 1675, he revealed his heart and said, “Behold this Heart which has so loved men that It spared nothing, even going so far as to exhaust and consume Itself, to prove to them Its love.”
Each year, we celebrate the feast of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus on the Friday after Corpus Christi (Friday June 27 this year).
Here’s a simple and traditional prayer you can pray each day this month:
Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on us!
