Meet Our Panelists – Gathering in the Valley 2026
We are honored to welcome DeAngelo Mack as one of our featured panelists for the 2026 Gathering in the Valley Men’s Conference.
DeAngelo is the Founder of Macknificent World and formerly served as Senior Director of Equity & Training for the Health Alliance for Violence Intervention (HAVI). For more than 20 years, he has dedicated his life and work to addressing community violence, systemic inequities, and the lasting effects of generational trauma in communities of color.
Through Macknificent World, DeAngelo combines creativity, connection to nature, authentic community, and personal development to help individuals reclaim their narratives, deepen their understanding of their lived experiences, and discover healing. His work empowers people to reconnect with themselves and live from a place of purpose, wholeness, and self-love.
As a certified violence interventionist and public health advocate, DeAngelo brings a unique perspective on mental wellness, resilience, leadership, and healing. Today, he provides training and support that addresses the mental, emotional, physical, social, and spiritual challenges that often lead to burnout and wellness depletion.
His insight, authenticity, and commitment to helping others heal make him a powerful voice for this year’s conference theme, “Finished Product, Unfinished Business.”
