10/13/2026

The story of our new home at 1775 East Ave. stretches back more than a century!

⛪ 1912–1915: This beautiful Gothic-style church was built as the home of Brighton Presbyterian Church, faithfully proclaiming the gospel of Jesus to the Rochester community for generations.

🏫 1954: As the church grew, a three-story educational wing was added to provide classrooms and offices. Today, this wing houses Rochester Classical Academy.

🙌 2026: A new chapter begins! Solid Rock Church began conversations with Beacon Hill Church about merging and worshiping in this historic building. On November 8, our two church families will come together as one, and this building will once again serve as a base for multiplying gospel impact throughout our community and beyond.

We’re grateful for the generations who have faithfully served here, and we’re excited for all that God has ahead!
