📢 VBS POSTPONED ‼️

After much prayer and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to postpone our VBS event.

Due to the weather forecast and the need to cancel tonight's activities, we will not have the time necessary to adequately minister to the children and families in our community in the way we had planned.

The good news is that we will be announcing new dates soon! Our excitement to meet you all remains strong, and we look forward to sharing this special time together when the event is rescheduled.

Only a few days left to register for “Galaxy” Vacation Bible School!

🗓️June 17-19
⏰6:00–8:30pm
📍305 S. State Street, Rochester

This FREE event is open to children ages 4 through those who have completed 6th grade. Kids will embark on an out-of-this-world adventure featuring high-energy music, exciting Bible stories, and hands-on activities.

🎈On Friday, June 19th, bring the whole family for Family Fun Day! Details about Family Fun Day will be provided during VBS week.

And they’re off! 🚐 Our group is headed to Nashville, TN to serve and be part of an apartment ministry! They’ll be hosting VBS for all the kids in the complex and they are so excited!

Thank you to everyone who came to send them off and cheer them on to their mission! We have the best church family!

Please pray for their safety during travel and while they’re in the area. We heard a little thing called CMA Fest is also going on in Nashville this weekend too, which means it’s going to be extra busy!

Our team and their leaders are headed to Nashville this week on a mission trip! Our church commissioned them this morning to spread the light of Jesus to all they come in contact with while on mission.

Ways to pray for them this week:

🙏Pray for protection and safety as they travel
🙏Pray for conversations and invites to be heartfelt and genuine
🙏 Pray for the people in the apartment buildings they will encounter as they invite them to VBS
🙏Pray for the students to lead well and their adult leaders to encourage them when needed
🙏Pray that the Good News of Jesus will be well received and seeds will be planted

Thank you church for supporting them spiritually, financially, and mentally as they live out Acts 1:8!
