Today we celebrated the baptism of a precious little one and gave thanks for God’s grace, love, and promises.

What a beautiful and meaningful day celebrating Henry’s baptism on Sunday, July 26th. Surrounded by family, loved ones, and a church family, we witnessed a precious moment of faith, love, and blessing.

As wildfires continue to impact communities across Washington and Oregon, Lutheran Disaster Response is walking alongside affected synods, congregations, and neighbors during this difficult time.

We pray for all those in harm's way, those who have been forced to evacuate, and those facing uncertainty and loss. We also lift up the firefighters, emergency personnel, and first responders working tirelessly to protect lives and communities.
