This past Saturday we "officially" installed Pastor Morgan Simmons as our pastor at Immanuel with a wonderful ceremony that included Bishop Finegan, several area pastors, Pastor Morgan's family members, and of course our own members! Thank you to everyone that attended or watched online!

The Northwoods Veterans Groups in partnership with Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church are hosting a blood drive through the Community Blood Center at the Rhinelander Veterans Center, 1002 C**n St., Rhinelander, Wis., on Friday, March 27, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. All donors receive free lunch featuring homemade chicken noodle soup, pulled pork sandwiches and cake for dessert. Church Pianist Needed – Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church

Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, is seeking a pianist to provide music for worship services. This is a paid position at $80 per service, one to two Sundays per month, along with occasional special services such as Lent and Christmas Eve.

The pianist will support congregational singing and contribute to our traditional Lutheran worship in a welcoming and supportive church community. Experience with hymn accompaniment and church worship is preferred. Church membership is not required.

How to Apply: Interested candidates may stop in at the church office, 21 W. Timber Dr., Rhinelander, between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday, or email a resume and contact information to [email protected].

We have a huge day coming up in just a few short weeks! Even though Pastor Morgan has been leading us in worship since November, it's now time for her official installation service. We invite you to join us for the installation of the Rev. Morgan Simmons as pastor at Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church on Saturday, Feb. 7 at 4 p.m. at Immanuel, 21 W. Timber Dr., Rhinelander. All Rostered Ministers and Licensed Lay Ministers are invited to vest and process. The color of the day is red. Offerings gathered on this day will benefit Leadership Support.
