Wise Intentional Leadership Development (WILD) Christ-centered interdenominational organization that seeks to encourage, equip, and empower leaders of all ages in Biblical leadership principles.

WILD exists to develop leaders throughout the world in an intentional and strategic manner. We are intentionally developing the next generation through WILD's Spiritual Leadership Training, Worldview Understanding, and Youth Leaders Training. These leaders then contextualize the training material to their cultures and are provided opportunities to teach their own people. Locally in the US we are i

God has a plan for your life and that plan includes the way you lead. Not every leader stands on a stage or holds a title, but every leader carries influence: in a home, a team, a classroom, a community. That influence isn't accidental. It's part of a purpose bigger than you.

Intentional leadership starts with knowing this: you weren't placed where you are by chance. Your voice, your decisions, your example they matter more than you may realize. So lead today not out of pressure, but out of purpose. Walk in it with intention.
