This Memorial Day, we remember and give thanks for the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice reminds us of the great cost of freedom and the call to love and serve our neighbors with courage and humility.
As we gather with family and friends, may we also pause in prayer for Gold Star families, for those who continue to serve, and for peace in our nation and throughout the world.
“Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” — John 15:13
May God grant us grateful hearts, faithful remembrance, and the peace found in Christ alone.
