We do our best to be faithful to God’s Word as we follow the Way of Jesus. It is also our hope to foster an environment where we help pave a path for peace, not only in our personal lives, but also in the world God cr

eated, the world God loves. Good Shepherd offers Faith Formation opportunities for all ages, plus an excellent Confirmation program. You are called beloved. You have worth and value and gifts. We once again celebrate this Mothers Day with the beauty of a memory created by the ladies of our congregation. Each year the treasure a little more special

The history of the handkerchief parament and it's use over these many years is one I find of personal beauty at Good Shepherd UCC. This vintage parament used on Mother's Day was made by the beautiful women of our congregation. Each handkerchief that has been attached, held a very special memory that either belonged to the creator themselves or a special Mother, Aunt or Friend.
Today, each handkerchief placed, now may also represent a memory of the mother who is no longer with us. At Good Shepherd we hope you will join us this Sunday at 10:30 to Worship and pray for All the many types of wonderful Mothers we are blessed to have. This parament is actually a personal favorite. -- Diane S
