What happens when you've lived with a struggle, a disappointment, a fear, a habit, a wound, or a burden for so long that you've stopped expecting anything different?

Most people don't stop believing in God. They simply stop believing things can change.

So they adapt… They learn to cope… They lower expectations… They settle for surviving.

And before long, they begin asking life for less than they once dreamed possible.

In Acts 3, a man sits outside the temple gate carrying a burden he has lived with his entire life. Every day looks the same. Every need feels the same. Every solution seems temporary. But beneath the story is a question that many of us are asking today: 𝙃𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙄 𝙨𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙡𝙚𝙙 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙫𝙖𝙡 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙡𝙚?

This Sunday, we'll explore one of the most powerful encounters in the Book of Acts and discover why the things we often think we need may not be the things we need most.

𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙎𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙞𝙩 𝙀𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙁𝙪𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙎𝙪𝙧𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙋𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚

Pentecost was never meant to be just a moment we admire from a distance.

𝐈𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐚 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐲.

The Book of Acts shows us what happens when ordinary believers become fully surrendered to the Holy Spirit. Fear turns into boldness.

Weakness becomes witness. Comfort gives way to mission. And lives become vessels through which God changes the world.

Over the next 6 weeks, we invite you to journey with us through the Book of Acts as we discover what it truly means to become Fire Carriers.

🔥 Week 1 (May 31): 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝘼𝙬𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜
When the Spirit moves, hearts are transformed and lives become fully devoted to Jesus.

The church may not always possess worldly power, but it must never lose the power of Jesus.
🔥 Week 3 (June 14): 𝙒𝙚 𝘾𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙃𝙚𝙡𝙥 𝙎𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜
The Holy Spirit gives ordinary believers courage to stand boldly for Christ in a fearful world.
🔥 Week 4 (June 21): 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙁𝙧𝙖𝙪𝙙
Revival and holiness belong together. God is not looking for appearances; He is calling for authentic surrender.
🔥 Week 5 (June 28): 𝙁𝙖𝙘𝙚𝙨 𝙇𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝘼𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙡𝙨
The Spirit sustains believers with faithfulness and peace even when obedience becomes costly.
🔥 Week 6 (July 5): 𝙎𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙗𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙚
The fire of God was never meant to stay inside the church walls; it was meant to carry the Gospel into the world.

🔥 𝙒𝙃𝙀𝙉 𝙁𝙄𝙍𝙀 𝙁𝙀𝙇𝙇 🔥
📖 Acts 2:1–13

A lot of people are surviving… but not really living.
🛑 Busy schedules.
🛑 Full calendars.
🛑 Constant noise.

And yet deep inside there’s still emptiness.
Still exhaustion.
Still a sense that something is missing.

Some are trying harder and harder just to keep going:
😰 carrying burdens
😰 fighting battles
😰 holding families together
😰 searching for purpose
😰 trying to fill a spiritual ache with temporary things

And eventually you realize: Success doesn’t satisfy the soul… Comfort doesn’t heal emptiness… Activity doesn’t create purpose.

𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞.

That’s exactly where the disciples were before Pentecost.

They had seen the resurrection… but they still lacked the power to live the mission Jesus had called them to.

𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐬𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐥𝐲… 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐞𝐥𝐥.

𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐝.

This Sunday, we conclude our series 𝙁𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙤 𝙍𝙚𝙫𝙞𝙫𝙖𝙡 with a powerful Pentecost message:
🔥 “𝙒𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙚 𝙁𝙚𝙡𝙡” 🔥

➡️ What Jesus promised, the Spirit fulfilled.
This is more than a message about an event in Acts 2.

It’s about what happens when the Spirit of God fills surrendered people with purpose, boldness, power, and life again.
