Alumni from the Classes of 2024, 1974 (even 1943!), and many more were present for Holy Rosary Bilingual Academy's 135-Year Anniversary celebration at St. Martin of Tours on Sunday, October 25. School families and parishioners enjoyed a continental breakfast while listening to inspiring words from former and current students and staff, as well as Father Cal and Auxiliary Bishop Schuster. We thank all who made this milestone possible, and look ahead to a future of faith, education and community!

Young adults from our Parish Family recently joined seminarian David Do and Father Cal for a weekend of prayer, fellowship and vocational discernment in Oregon. The group visited The Grotto in Portland, admired the stunning Gothic architecture of St. Mary’s Church in Mount Angel, and joined Benedictine monks in prayer and Sunday Mass at Mount Angel Abbey Church. David led a tour of the Seminary where he has spent the last five years. Please pray for all young people discerning their vocation!

Offered by the Archdiocese in partnership with Saint Martin's University, Christifideles is an opportunity for lay people to enhance their formation in a variety of disciplines. Three new certificate programs (Parish Leadership, Pastoral Juvenil and Hispanic Ministry) begin January 2027, and the deadline to apply is November 1 - click the link provided here for details.

Christifideles is a program of formation and graduate education for lay ministers in the Archdiocese of Seattle.

Members of our Parish Family gathered St. Martin of Tours Church on Saturday, October 10, for a Rosary Rally that included songs and prayers next to the outdoor statue of our Blessed Mother. We appreciated this special occasion to join together in faith during the Month of the Rosary. Pray for us, O Holy Mother of God!

Our Parish Family school in Fife, Holy Rosary Bilingual Academy, honored the Memorial of its patroness, Our Lady of the Rosary, last Wednesday the 7th with distribution of Rosaries and treats to the classrooms by principal Dr. Adriana Julian. The next morning at school Mass concelebrated by Fathers Cal and Gali, our vicar shared with students the great blessings that await them in this powerful prayer given to us by our heavenly Father. Blessed Mother, be our intercessor always!

Seeing so many visitors at last Monday's Mass for San Lorenzo Ruiz at All Saints - from our own Parish Family, local churches, and even Hawaii! - was a great blessing. The personal travels of this first saint of the Philippines and martyr reminds us that, no matter where our journey in life takes us, Jesus is always near. Thank you to Fathers Cal, Dexter and Gali for concelebrating Mass, and for everyone who organized the incredible food and entertainment that followed. San Lorenzo, pray for us!

All Saints School continued our Parish Family's celebration of the Memorial of St. Francis of Assisi (patron of animals) last Monday, as Father Cal blessed Nugget, Cuddles, Mookey and other pets brought to campus by students and their families. Thank you to all those who recognize the awesome goodness of God's creation by taking care of His many creatures that bring us such joy. St. Francis, pray for us!
