All Saints Catholic Church

All Saints Catholic Church All Saints Parish is an evangelizing Roman Catholic Parish community that honors and celebrates the risen Jesus Christ in each of us!

All Saints is a Parish of the Catholic Archdiocese of Seattle. As part of our Catholic heritage, the All Saints Community is called to care for our vulnerable and forgotten brothers and sisters and to provide food, emergency financial assistance and ministry to the homebound and ill. Through baptism we are called to transformation of ourselves and our world through justice education and advocacy.

Happy June! This is a blessed month for 2 men in our Archdiocese - Deacon Simon Stehr and Brother Deacon Damien-Joseph Rappuhn, OSB - who will be ordained at St. James Cathedral this Saturday, June 6. Recently, our Parish Family's Pastor, Father Cal, and 2 of its vicars (Fathers Dexter and Quy) were each featured in a video that explored his journey to the priesthood, the joys of his vocation, and advice to those discerning God's call. The vision of our former Pastor, Father Michael, has come to fruition! Posts supporting the portico adorning All Saints Church's main entrance have been replaced with wood from trees near the Fife-Milton Community Food Bank at St. Martin of Tours. Parishioners from each campus collaborated on transporting logs to a local sawmill. After drying at All Saints, the wood was painted and installed this week. We are so thankful that a piece of St. Martin of Tours lives on at All Saints!

Thank you to the All Saints households who have generously made one-time and recurring gifts or pledged to the Annual Catholic Appeal. Your support matters for religious and lay leaders serving our Archdiocese - seminarians, deacons and laity are better equipped because of you. Gifts received above our Parish's $129,732 goal funds the maintenance and repair of residential properties, including vicar housing and rentals on our campus. Donate at church or visit https://archseattle.org/giveaca.

Marc Nuno, who begins serving All Saints as the new principal on July 1, visited the campus earlier this month for an assembly, during which he was greeted by students, families and current principal Cliff Schlattmann. "Thank you for the blessing and opportunity to join your community," Marc wrote in a letter to All Saints. "I am filled with hope, gratitude, and peace as we begin this new chapter together." Please join us in joyfully welcoming Marc to our Parish Family!

On this Memorial Day, we pray for all men and women who died while serving in the United States military. To commemorate America's 250th Anniversary this year, U.S. bishops (including our Archbishop) will consecrate this nation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Watch this historic event live online at 1 pm Pacific Time on Thursday, June 11 (the day before the Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus), at https://www.youtube.com/usccb. Learn more about the consecration in the link provided here.

On today's Memorial of Our Lady of Fatima, we recognize a momentous occasion at St. Martin of Tours's 10 am Mass on Mother's Day last Sunday, as Father Cal (accompanied by visiting Deacon Gary Rose) performed a Rite of Enthronement for a new statue of Santo Niño, or Holy Child Jesus, for permanent display inside church. Thank you to all who organized the Enthronement and the reception afterwards. May this Filipino devotion inspire all faithful who visit St. Martin of Tours in the years to come!
