While Fathers Cal and Dexter attend the Archdiocese's annual Priest Days from June 22 to 24, Father Quy will celebrate 8 am Mass at All Saints only on June 22 and 23 (no Tuesday Masses at St. Martin of Tours or Sacred Heart that week). Except for 8 am prayer and Communion service at All Saints on Wednesday, June 24, no Masses will take place at our 3 churches that day. Our Parish Family's regular schedule resumes on Thursday, June 25. May our Pastor and vicar have a restful time at Priest Days!

Our Parish Family's Town Halls for discussing the proposed vision statement concluded last weekend with sessions at All Saints on June 13 and Sacred Heart the following day. We appreciate the several dozen attendees from our 3 Parishes who brought forward their prayerful reflections. Our Parish Family was blessed with the appearance of several hundred faithful for Sacred Heart Parish's patronal feast last Friday, June 12. The evening included a bilingual Mass with Fathers Cal, Dexter and Quy in the beautifully decorated church, as well as mariachi music and delicious food at the reception afterwards. We humbly ask Christ to transform the hearts of all within our Parish Family to be more like His Most Sacred Heart!

Our Archdiocese is so blessed to have Fathers Simon Stehr and Damien-Joseph Rappuhn, who were ordained together at St. James Cathedral on Saturday, June 6. The Archdiocese of Seattle will welcome two new priests June 6 when Deacon Simon Stehr and Benedictine Brother Damien-Joseph Rappuhn are ordained.

A blessed Sacred Heart of Jesus day to all, and congratulations to All Saints School for wrapping up another year! At the Graduation Mass on Wednesday, June 10, Father Cal handed diplomas to our 8th-Graders as their names were called by Cliff Schlattmann, who concludes his term as principal this year. We are so proud of these young men and women, and pray that they continue to walk with Christ in their journeys ahead. May the Lord bless Cliff, and all our school families beginning summer break!

A little rain definitely did not dampen the positivity seen at All Saints School's annual Field Day! Held on Monday, June 8, students in Kindergarten to 8th Grade participated in a number of fun games and activities spread across the Parish campus (including volleyball with Father Cal). The memorable event wrapped with children enjoying a sweet treat! A big thanks goes to parent volunteers and staff whose help truly makes Field Day one of the highlights of the year.

What a Corpus Christi Sunday for our Parish Family! At St. Martin of Tours, Father Cal welcomed seminarian David Do, who is visiting until December. Our churches celebrated Adoration or Eucharistic processions (and our Pastor's 18th year as a priest!). We also recited the Prayer for Partners in the Gospel and kicked off at St. Martin of Tours the Town Halls for our Parish Family vision statement. The final Town Halls are at All Saints (June 13; 6 pm) and Sacred Heart (June 14; 1 pm) - join us!

Thank you to everyone within our Parish Family and beyond for attending the Hispanic Heritage Festival on Saturday, June 6, hosted by our school in Fife, Holy Rosary Bilingual Academy. This celebration of culture, faith and tradition included raffles, food, and amazing performances from students. Father Cal blessed a new statue of Our Lady of Guadalupe that Sacred Heart Parish graciously provided to our community. Volunteers, visitors and many more made the Festival a wonderful experience!
