Marsha Ann Madrid, born March 18, 1951, in Detroit, Michigan, passed away on August 28, 2026. Although she began her life in Michigan, Marsha eventually found her way to Pueblo, Colorado, where she built a life filled with family, love, friendship, and countless memories.
For more than 20 years, Marsha shared her life with Donnie. Together, they enjoyed the simple things that made life special, especially camping, fishing, and spending time with the people they loved.
Marsha was a woman who never met a stranger. She had a special gift for making people feel welcome, and after just one visit, you were no longer a guest—you were family. Her home and her heart were always open, and she had a way of making everyone around her feel that they belonged.
Marsha graduated from County High School and USC. She went on to build a life centered around the people she loved most. Her greatest joy was her family, and she leaves behind a legacy that will live on through the generations.
Marsha is survived by her longtime partner, Donnie; her children; Allen, Meridith and Jason. grandchildren; Allen, Maggie, Josephine Garrett, Isabela Severas and Richard great-grandchildren; AJ and Kalina along with many other family members and friends who were blessed to know and love her.
She will be remembered for her generous heart, her welcoming spirit, her love of the outdoors, and most of all, for the way she made people feel like family.
