of those in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
and every tongue confess that
Jesus Christ is Lord,

Sometimes, being the hands and feet of Christ looks like simply showing up. 🤍
⁣
For Zu, the Chester Hub became a place of genuine accompaniment during one of the most difficult seasons of her life: the passing of her husband.
⁣
Through friendship, presence, and love, Josh walked alongside her—not with easy answers, but with a willingness to simply be there.
⁣
Josh's goal is to be the hands and feet of Christ in Chester. And sometimes, that mission begins with something as simple—and as powerful—as becoming a true friend.
⁣
This is the heart of the Chester Hub: not just building community, but being present for one another through every season of life.

In his book “The Power of Love”, Archbishop Sheen shares how true love is that which mirrors the selfless and sacrificial love of Christ. Love that seeks the good of the other is that which is eternal.
⁣
Blessed Fulton Sheen, help us to love selflessly. 🙏❤️

For what would it profit us to know the whole Bible by heart and the principles of all the philosophers if we live without grace and the love of God? Vanity of vanities and all is vanity, except to love God and serve Him alone.

25th Sunday in Ordinary Time
⁣
For my thoughts are not your thoughts,
nor are your ways my ways, says the LORD.
As high as the heavens are above the earth,
so high are my ways above your ways
and my thoughts above your thoughts.
