This Sunday we have two special events. Our Church and Society Group will host activist John Thompson Parker to speak about protecting the Voting Rights Act at 11:30 a.m. 🗳

Later in the evening (5:30 p.m.) our Movie Night group will host a special Pride Month screening of Sally! with a Q&A with co-director Ondine Rarey. This documentary tells the story of Sally Gearhart, a le***an professor, author, and activist. Come learn about this often overlooked icon of q***r rights. 🌈

This week at FUMC, our Community Food Pantry is Back! If you or someone you know is in need of some shelf-stable food, please come to the Oakland side of our building tomorrow from 10 a.m. to noon.

FUMC will be at the Pasadena Pride Festival at City Hall on Saturday June 13, from 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. Come by our table and say hi! 👋

We are having a special Pronoun Workshop this Sunday after worship! If you would like to learn more about the importance of using the correct pronouns to express your identity and affirm others, this is the place for you.
