💙 What a blessed Father’s Day Sunday at Ward AME Church! 💙

We gathered in worship, prayer, fellowship, and praise as we celebrated fathers and father figures whose faith, love, and leadership continue to impact generations.

We also paused to honor and remember the Emanuel 9, reflecting on their enduring legacy of faith, grace, and hope.

We were blessed by a powerful message from Pastor Barry Settle, “The Father’s Watch: Don’t Leave Your Post,” reminding us:

🔥 Fear Is Not Your Father
🔥 Your God Is Greater
🔥 Your Family Is Worth Fighting For

We also rejoice in welcoming a new member to the Ward family! 🙌🏽 To God be the glory for continued growth and transformation.

Thank you to everyone who joined us in person and online and helped make this day so meaningful. Enjoy a few moments from this special day of worship, remembrance, and celebration.

☀️🌴 SUMMER SCHEDULE UPDATE FOR YOUTH & YOUNG ADULTS! 🌴☀️

As we move into the summer season, our weekly Youth and Young Adult Bible Studies will be taking a summer break. We encourage everyone to enjoy the summer, stay connected to God, stay connected to one another, and continue growing in faith.

📖 Youth Bible Study and YAMS Bible Study will resume on September 15, 2026.

But don’t worry—there are still opportunities to connect throughout the summer!

🙏 Weekly Tuesday Zoom gatherings for prayer, encouragement, and sharing
🎒 Community Outreach: Back 2 School Giveaway on August 8
🤝 Potential summer fellowship gatherings
