Rivertree Church Rivertree is one church with two locations! Services are at 9:00 and 10:30 a.m.

We hope you’ll join us this Sunday, June 28, as we begin a 4-week series in the book of Jonah! The richness and depth of this short book give us incredible insight into the love of our Father for us and those around us, and we would hope you’ll dive in! Whether you’ve been at Rivertree for many years or you’re just thinking about checking things out, this is for you!

The gospel and the community it brings. That’s it. That is what has drawn this incredible group of young adults to gather, share a meal, and open their hearts to what the Lord has for them.

It is encouraging and amazing to see over 100 young adults come together to worship the Lord and grow in community on the first Wednesday of every month, but it also isn’t surprising. God is so good!

The gospel is what we need at any and every age. Its truth and beauty never change or fade. The Lord of love, joy, and peace reconcilles us, fills our hearts, and satisfies our souls.

We are so thankful that this incredible group of Young Adults is part of our Rivertree family, and we’re excited to witness what the Lord does in them and through them as we share the gospel and our lives together.

The Young Adults Fireside Group meets at the Downtown Campus from 6:00 - 8:00 pm on the first Wednesday of every month, and anyone college age - 30ish is invited!

Ladies, we kick off our Women’s Summer Events tonight (June 8) with Testimonies and Treats at 6:30 at the Cove Campus! Amber Ruble and Judy Brown will share their testimonies, and you won’t want to miss their incredible stories of what the Lord has done and is doing. We know it will be a special time of encouragement, delicious treats, prayer, friendship, and praise to the One who holds all things together.

High School Beach Camp was an incredible time for our students to grow in the Lord, spend time together, enjoy some serious but ultra friendly competition, and learn to thrive in Who they are in Christ. 15 Years! We are celebrating some BIG Treeschool milestones, and we’d love for you to share your Treeschool photos!

•15 YEARS OF TREESCHOOL! Ms. Becky Schiavone and Ms. Lynn Abercrombie founded Treeschool in 2011, and it has been a place where children could learn in a Christ-centered, loving environment ever since. We were so thankful to have Ms Becky back to join us for the graduation celebration!

•13 YEARS OF KINDERGARTEN AND TREESCHOOL’S FIRST HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES! We are celebrating 13 years of Kindergarten and 13 years of the incredible (gifted, talented, kind, loving, thoughtful, generous, we could go on…) Ms Molly McDonald, who has led the Kindergarten program since its beginning. Congratulations Treeschool Kindergarten c/o 2026!

Treeschool’s first graduating seniors walked the familiar halls as they joined us for the very first “Clap Out;” being celebrated by the current Treeschoolers who will someday take those same steps. To the 2014 Treeschool/2026 High School graduates who have moved away, we are celebrating you from here and are very proud of you! And to the 2014 and 2015 Treeschool/2027 High School graduates, we can’t wait to celebrate you next year!

•FIRST YEAR OF TREESCHOOL DOWNTOWN! Treeschool Downtown just completed their very first year of school, and this upcoming year will mark their first Kindergarten class! We are so thankful for our Treeschool staff and families who have given us a wonderful start!

We can’t express how thankful we are that the Lord has allowed us to share in the lives of the wonderful children and families who have graced the Treeschool halls for all of these years. We are thankful for each and every staff member who have cared for these children, genuinely sharing the gospel and their lives while loving others for Jesus. Thank you for your heartfelt work.

The Good News that Jesus offers us His own life and righteousness in place of our own is the best and most important possible news. It requires us to make a decision, and it’s something we hope never seems like old, stale, or tired news to our hearts. We hope that today finds you standing in awe of God’s goodness, the miracle of His gift, and the fact that He loves you so much that He would take your place - making a way for you to live forever with Him.

He is so good!

Rivertree Graduating Class of 2026,
We are so proud of you and excited for you as you take these next steps. Some of you have been at Rivertree for your entire lives, and some of you have come along the way. No matter how long you've been with us, the time that we have been allowed to know you, watch the Lord work in you hearts and in your lives, and witness the adults he’s grown you into has been incredibly special to us.

We want you to know that we are praying for you. We’re rooting for you. We’re sending you out with love, and we hope that wherever you make your home, that it will be in Jesus. We are also here for you if you stay, come back, or just need someone to pray with or talk to. The door is always open for you to drop in, email, text, or call.

Congratulations, Class of 2026!

To the rest of our Rivertree Family, thank you for caring and being the church family where these incredible young adults could grow in and distinguish their own faith. Please join us in praying for them as they begin the next chapter in their lives. If you know them, we hope you'll check in occasionally, let them know how loved they are, and encourage them along the way.

We had an incredible time on Sunday when we were able to celebrate moms and a special Baby Dedication! Moms, Grandmas, and Spiritual Mothers all play an incredible role in our church and we are so thankful for the blessings the Lord provides us through them!

If you have photos from celebrating Mother's Day with us we’d love to see them! If you'd like to share, please drop them in the comments!

A special note to anyone hurting-
We are celebrating moms, and at the same time we know that for many reasons, Mother's Day can be difficult. If this week has been tough for you and you would like prayer or someone to talk to, please reach out! We'd love to walk with you.
