52!! Our first Swamp Hangout of 2026/2027 was definitely one for the books! We had 52 kids there! 52 kids chose to spend their Friday night surrounded by friends all striving to live their lives more like Jesus. 52 kids playing team building games, connecting over dinner, learning about what it means to be a Christian leader and how to live out the present purpose God has for them, and worshipping! WOW! What an amazing night!

Swamp Hangout is TOMORROW NIGHT!

Parents, tomorrow night, Friday, August 21 from 5–7 PM, drop your 4th or 5th grader off at the Swamp for an evening packed with fun, fellowship, food, and a whole lot of memories!

Swamp Hangouts have quickly become a rite of passage for our kiddos and a special part of their faith journey. We love creating a space where they can build friendships, grow in their faith, and simply have a great time together.

And don’t forget to invite a friend! Everyone is welcome, whether they attend Cove Church, play on your child’s sports team, or sit next to them in class.

This night is all about our 4th & 5th graders, and we can’t wait to see them at the Swamp tomorrow night!

NEXT FRIDAY!! Calling all 4th and 5th graders (and their school friends, neighborhood friends, sports friends, and every friend in between!). Next Friday, we will have our first Swamp Hangout of the 2026/2027 year! This one is all about team building with our new 4th graders, our leader 5th graders, and their small group leaders! We will have dinner, play games, worship, and more. Parents, you will get to drop off your child and their friends at 5pm and pick them up at 7pm. Ask around about how fun these nights are! From music to sports, we all have things we love to do. But we were created for more than just putting together the perfect playlist or cheering on our favorite sports teams. During our Route 45 Retreat, our 4th and 5th graders will see how God designed people to reflect God's image in a unique and personal way. This deep connection with our Creator reminds us that you’re made to know God. If you have not registered your 4th or 5th grader for Route 45, spots are limited!
