Today was a wonderful day of service as volunteers came together, alongside Patrick O’Halloran, to help begin the “update and refresh” project of the West Wing/Music Wing! From patching walls and painting to taping trim and tackling countless details, so much progress was made thanks to the time, energy, and dedication of this amazing team.

We are incredibly grateful for everyone who showed up, rolled up their sleeves, and helped make this project possible. Your willingness to serve and care for our church facilities is a true blessing, and the results are already making a difference.

Thank you, Patrick, for leading the effort, and thank you to every volunteer who gave of their time and talents today. We are blessed by your generosity and servant hearts!

❄️🏔️ What an incredible week at Snowball Mountain Challenge VBS! 🏔️❄️ For five amazing days, 82 children and 76 volunteers gathered to grow in faith, build friendships, serve others, and discover what it means to say: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." (Philippians 4:13) ✨

From energetic worship and Bible lessons to games, crafts, mission projects, and lots of laughter, God was at work in so many wonderful ways throughout the week.

We are especially grateful for the generosity shown through our mission project supporting Project 1020. Thanks to the kindness of our VBS families, congregation, and community, donations of food, clothing, and other needed items will help care for our neighbors experiencing homelessness.

Thank you to every child, youth leader, volunteer, donor, parent, and supporter who helped make this week such a blessing. Enjoy this look back at an unforgettable week of faith, fun, friendship, and service! ❤️

Adult Christian Education This Sunday ☕📚 Join us right after worship at 10:45am in Room 3 for Adult Christian Education! This week's class is "Speaking with Grace: Advocacy and the Life of the Church," Led by Rick Randolph.

Together we'll explore how advocacy can grow out of our Christian faith—not as partisan argument, but as a faithful way of loving our neighbors, seeking justice, and giving voice to compassion in the public square. In a time when public conversations can often feel divided or harsh, this class invites us to consider how the church can speak and act with both courage and grace.

Come learn, reflect, ask questions, and grow with us!

❄️🏔️ Join Us for VBS Sunday! 🏔️❄️ This Sunday, June 7 at 9:30am, come celebrate an incredible week of Snowball Mountain Challenge VBS! Our children, youth leaders, and volunteers will share songs, stories, and special moments from a week filled with faith, friendship, fun, and learning what it means to say, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13).

You'll also hear about the amazing generosity shown through our VBS mission project supporting Project 1020, Johnson County’s only no-barrier shelter and case management service for adults experiencing homelessness. Thanks to the compassion of our VBS families and church community, donations of food, clothing, and other needed items have been collected to help our neighbors in need.

Come celebrate what God has done through the lives of 82 children, 76 volunteers, and countless supporters who helped make this week possible. We can't wait to worship with you!

🏔️❄️ That's a wrap on Snowball Mountain Challenge VBS 2026! ❄️🏔️ What an incredible week we've had together! We were blessed to welcome 82 children on this mountain adventure, supported by an amazing team of 76 volunteers who shared their time, talents, energy, and faith to make VBS a memorable experience for everyone. 💙

Throughout the week, our climbers learned:
✨ I Can Trust
✨ I Can Be Brave
✨ I Can Give My All
✨ I Can Pray
✨ I Can Hope

Together, they sang, played, created, explored, served others, made new friends, and learned that "I can do all things through him who strengthens me." (Philippians 4:13) 🙏

A huge THANK YOU to our wonderful parents and families for sharing your children with us this week. It was a joy to watch them grow in faith, confidence, and friendship. Thank you also for your generous donations to our mission project, supporting Project 1020 and helping adults experiencing homelessness in our community. ❤️

Our Snowball Mountain Challenge adventurers had another incredible day at VBS on Thursday, June 4! ❄️🏔️ The Lift Lesson was "I can pray." Through worship, Bible discovery, games, crafts, and fellowship, the children learned that prayer is a powerful way to talk with God anytime and anywhere.
