🙏 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗝𝘂𝗱𝗲: 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗔𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀, 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 🙏

Today, October 28, the Church celebrates Saints Simon and Jude, two of the twelve Apostles chosen by Jesus to carry His Gospel to the world.

Saints Simon and Jude dedicated themselves to proclaiming Christ, helping to build up His Church even at great personal cost. St. Jude, especially, is invoked as the patron saint of impossible causes—a reminder that we can turn to God with confidence, even in our most difficult moments.

At the 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, we are grateful for the witness of these Apostles and the example they offer to priests today: a life grounded in prayer, faithful to Christ, and wholly dedicated to the mission of the Church.

Saints Simon and Jude, pray for us! 🙏

What happens when seminarians learn to live and serve from a place of love? ❤️

Charles Pomroy of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee chdiocese of Milwaukee of m shares how IPF helps seminarians grow in their love for our Lord, so that their priesthood flows not simply from a desire to get things done, but from a daily encounter with Christ.

As Charles beautifully puts it, “It’s beautiful to see men fall in love, especially when that love is our Savior.”

This is at the heart of IPF’s Seminarian Summer Program: forming men who are deeply rooted in prayer and in love with Christ, so they can serve His people with generous and joyful hearts.

✨ 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘁. 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗮 𝗼𝗳 𝗔́𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗮 ✨

Today, October 15, we celebrate St. Teresa of Ávila, a Carmelite nun, mystic, and Doctor of the Church who reminds us of the power of prayer and the importance of seeking a deeper relationship with God.

Her words continue to inspire us today:

“Let nothing disturb you, let nothing frighten you; all things are passing away, God never changes. Whoever has God lacks nothing; God alone suffices.”

May St. Teresa inspire us to make time for prayer, trust in God's presence, and seek holiness in every part of our lives.

Please join us in praying for Pope Leo XIV’s recovery. 🙏❤️

Doctors at Gemelli Hospital removed a cancerous tumor from Pope Leo XIV’s right lung, according to the Holy See Press Office. The surgery was successful, with no complications, and the Holy Father has returned to his hospital room.
We ask the faithful to continue praying for Pope Leo’s recovery and for the doctors and staff caring for him. We also hold in prayer all who are living with cancer, their families, and those who care for them.

🌹 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗟𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 🌹

Today we celebrate the Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary, commemorating the victory of the Christian fleet at the Battle of Lepanto in 1571. Pope St. Pius V had called the faithful to pray the Rosary for victory, and the feast remains a beautiful reminder of the power of prayer and Our Lady’s intercession.

Today, we may not be facing a battle at sea, but each of us is carrying a battle of some kind.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄?
A difficult situation? A loved one who needs prayers? A decision? A struggle in your faith?

You don't have to share any details—simply leave a 🙏 in the comments if you'd like us to pray for your intention.

We'd be honored to lift your intentions up in the Rosary today. ❤️
