Jesus does not bless those who merely wish for peace.

Jesus blesses the peacemakers.

Peacemaking requires courage. It calls us to stand with those who are hurting, seek justice where there is inequity, and work toward reconciliation in our communities.

As followers of Christ, we are called not only to hope for a more peaceful world, but to help build it.

"Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God." -Matthew 5:9

Camp days are packed with adventure.

Swimming. Hiking. Campfires. New Friendships. Worship.

A comfortable night’s sleep helps campers recharge for everything the next day brings.

A mattress may seem simple, but it’s part of creating an environment where campers can thrive, grow, and make memories they’ll carry for a lifetime.

As another week comes to a close, it can be easy to wonder whether the small things we do really matter.

But God often works through simple acts of faithfulness: a word of encouragement, a helping hand, a meal shared, a prayer offered.

We may never know how far those acts travel. What seems ordinary today may become a blessing that reaches far beyond what we can see.

As you head into the weekend, remember that every act of kindness helps build a more compassionate world and reflects Christ's love in ways both visible and invisible.

"So then, whenever we have an opportunity, let us work for the good of all." (Galatians 6:10)

May your weekend be filled with opportunities to share grace, hope, and love.
