We’ve had a good day and made it safely to Camp!It’s been rainy but the kids are still running around having fun. Tabernacle tonight was solid! 😃 The Gospel was clearly explained. No frills just plain simple and straight to the point!

Associational Children’s Camp “ACC” is coming up quick! We are just a few weeks away from FUN!
Sign up’s will be coming to a close soon so if you’re wanting to register you can follow the link down below or talk to Brooke ASAP!

Camp is for kids who will finish the 3rd grade this May- through 6th grade! Our camp fee this year is 130.00 however, our church family has graciously covered half the cost of each camper for the past several years and will continue to do that again this year! Making the camp fee portion that you will pay $65.00!!
We are so thankful for FBC Okmulgee for making it possible for kids to go to camp!

Our camp dates are Wednesday May 27th- Saturday May 30th

Who’s ready for Summer with FBCO KIDS?!!

Kids Camp is up first and sign ups are live now! Use the link below to get registered or talk to me (Brooke) if you need help. Then pay your camp fee to the church directly using cash or a check made out to FBC Okmulgee.

WHO: Kids camp is for kids who will finish the 3rd grade this May through kids who will finish 6th grade this May!
(Kids wanting to go to camp must be attending church either on Sundays or Wednesday nights. There’s still time to attend! If your child is wanting to come with a friend from FBCO Kids and your family is already attending a different church thats okay too! Just be sure to talk to Brooke before registering so we can touch base!)

WHEN: Wednesday, May 27th-Saturday, May 30th

There will be a quick MANDATORY parent meeting Sunday, May 17th right after church.

It’s going to be an incredible summer and we can’t wait to spend it with YOU!

Melody Makers Children’s Choir will have an early practice today from 4:30pm-5:30pm for the Christmas Musical. Practice will be in thee sanctuary.

Kids can bring or wear their costumes for Trunks and Treats immediately following practice. Hot dogs will be provided for dinner!
Please come pick your child up inside the church at 5:30 before heading out to Trunks and Treats.

Tomorrow is Promotion Sunday for our FBCO Kids! Because our Sunday School classes are multi age and multi grade not all kids will be moving classrooms… just moving up in grades. For example, our older 3’s will be moving up to Ms. Marilyn’s class. (Your child must be using the potty independently to move into this classroom.) 2 year olds and younger 3’s will continue to be with Kim and Bev in our Sunbeams class!

Newley going 1st and 2nd graders will move right next door into the middle room to Ms. Jayme’s class! SURPRISE!! Her class has moved out of the hallway and into the preschool area (second set of glass doors)

Newley going 3rd graders will move upstairs to the 3rd floor with our 3rd-6th graders. With Mr. Donnie, Jimbo, Dede &Taylor!

And our Newley going 7th graders are moving upstairs to the 4th floor into the Student Ministry with Justin, Alecia, Matthew, Melissa, Shay and Lane!

Please send your kids to the REGULAR classrooms after checking in at the “Check In Area” they will begin Sunday School with their normal classes and switch before the end.

Every child MUST check in before Sunday School and get a badge. For babies and children who will be in classrooms downstairs behind the glass doors, YOU MUST show your parent tag to pick your child up. 3rd-6th graders will be able to leave class and come downstairs on their own before church. Yes, we know most of you! And Yes, we know it’s an extra step to take on a busy Sunday morning but we are so grateful for the growth God is allowing in our Kids ministry and we want to keep everyone safe and accounted for! Thank you for understanding!
