The Ohio District of the LCMS is accepting resumes in application for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) until June 30, 2026. In April, the Board of Directors recast this position to be responsible for the business affairs of the District in support of its mission and ministry work. The Board appointed Lisa Rachul as the Interim-CFO which provides tremendous continuity between the current structure and previous organization. Mrs. Rachul has also announced her intent to retire as of July 31, 2026. This position is critical to the support of the ministry of the Ohio District and we have prayerfully begun the search for an exceptional candidate.

Ohio District President, Rev. Dr. Kevin Wilson, recently made his annual visit to the Southwest 1 and 2 Visitation Circuits meeting. In addition to meeting individually with some pastors, President Wilson made a presentation on the coming Synodical Convention and answered questions during the meeting.
