Summer is great for taking a break from school, schedules, and routines.

But don’t accidentally take a break from Jesus.

Some of our greatest growth happens when life slows down enough for us to hear His voice more clearly. The extra time that summer provides can become an opportunity to go deeper instead of drifting further away.

What is one way you can intentionally spend time with Jesus this summer?

Start today, even if it’s just five minutes.

“Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you.” James 4:8

School is ending. Vacations are being planned. Routines are changing. Summer has a way of making life feel different.

But while schedules change, Jesus doesn’t.

The same Jesus who walked with you through busy mornings, packed calendars, and stressful days will be with you through every summer adventure, family gathering, road trip, and quiet moment.

The best thing you can pack for summer isn’t in a suitcase, it’s a deeper relationship with Him.

What are you most looking forward to this summer?

Make a commitment today to spend time with Jesus this summer, not just when it’s convenient.

“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.” Hebrews 13:8

Never underestimate what God can do through a simple prayer and a small act of kindness.

A prayer can reach places we never could. A kind word can soften a hurting heart. A smile, a message, helping hand, or moment of encouragement can remind someone they are seen, loved, and not alone.

Jesus changed lives everywhere He went, not only through miracles, but through compassion, love, and intentional moments with people. We are called to do the same.

Today, ask God to use you. Pray boldly. Love genuinely. Step out in faith even in the little things, because those “little things” can become life-changing moments in someone else’s story.

You may never fully know the impact your obedience has, but God does.

“Let all that you do be done in love.” 1 Corinthians 16:14

Today we remember the brave men and women who gave their lives serving others and protecting freedom. Memorial Day reminds us that sacrifice is powerful because real love is willing to give.

Jesus showed us the greatest example of sacrificial love. He willingly laid down His life so we could experience forgiveness, hope, peace, and eternal life.

His love wasn’t conditional or temporary, it was complete.
As we honor those who sacrificed today, may we also remember the Savior who gave everything out of love for us.

What is one freedom or blessing you’re especially thankful for today?

Take a moment to pray for military families, those grieving loved ones, and for peace in our world.

“Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” John 15:13

One of the strongest ways to witness is through consistency. People notice when your faith changes the way you live, not just the words you post or say. They notice peace in stressful moments, kindness when it’s unexpected, and grace when frustration would be easier.

The more deeply rooted you are in Jesus, the more naturally His love flows through your life.

What’s one way Jesus has changed the way you respond to difficult situations?

Ask Jesus to help your actions reflect Him clearly today.

“Live a life worthy of the calling you have received.” Ephesians 4:1

A relationship built on feelings alone will struggle when life gets hard. But when Jesus is at the center, love has something stronger to hold onto. Ecclesiastes 4:12 reminds us that a cord of three strands is not quickly broken. Marriage becomes stronger when two people are not just holding onto each other, but both holding onto Christ.

Jesus becomes the peace in difficult conversations, the grace in imperfect moments, and the strength when one person feels weak. He isn’t just part of the relationship, He is the glue that holds it together.

What does it practically look like to keep Jesus at the center of your relationship?

Take a few minutes today to pray together, even if it’s simple and short.

“Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.” Ecclesiastes 4:12

Growth with Jesus rarely happens overnight. It’s usually slow, steady, and sometimes uncomfortable. But every challenge, every lesson, and every step of faith is shaping you into who God created you to be.

Don’t confuse “still growing” with “failing.”

Where have you seen even a little growth in your life recently?

Thank Jesus today for staying patient with you through the process.

“He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion.” Philippians 1:6
