Just an FYI, this month’s Norris Area Food Pantry, Clothing Closet, and Book Nook will be open on Thursday May, 28 from 8:30am - 12noon. And for those who are wondering, they open every 4th Thursday of the month Except for Nov. and Dec. when they open on the 3rd Thursday due to the holidays those months. I do try to post a reminder a few days before they open, but I’m not always successful. So I thought perhaps this early reminder with the schedule might help those who aren’t quite sure of the regular schedule. Hope you’re having a great May!🙏🏻✝️

Just a little reminder to never forget that prayer really does make a difference! And, thankfully, we Don’t have to have the right words when we pray! Romans 8:26 says: In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know how we ought to pray, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groans too deep for words.(Berean Standard Bible). And don’t just pray for family and friends! For Jesus also says, “But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you". Matthew 5:44 (NIV). So don’t forget your prayers, friends!🙏🏻✝️

𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐈𝐍𝐕𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐃 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐖𝐄𝐋𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐄 to our 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 and events. The 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 is as follows:

- 𝟕𝐚𝐦 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 (4/5) on Reservoir Hill in Norris. Service is led by the Norris Ecumenical Youth Group so it’s a non-denominational service.
- 𝟕:𝟑𝟎𝐚𝐦 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭 in our Fellowship Hall (below the sanctuary) following the sunrise service. Even if you miss the sunrise service you are more than welcome to come to breakfast!!
- 𝟏𝟏𝐚𝐦 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 in our sanctuary.

* 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞!! No need for any special or fancy clothing at Any of our events!
