If you have lived measuring yourself by mistakes, replaying failures, or assuming God is disappointed when you fall, I want you to hear this.

You are not defined by a sin consciousness anymore. You have been given a righteousness consciousness through Jesus.

You are in right standing with God because of Jesus Christ. And when that truth settles in your heart, peace replaces pressure, joy replaces fear, and freedom replaces striving.

This is the finished work of Jesus Christ.

The heart of the Father was never condemnation. It is restoration.

God was not angry with humanity struggling under Adam. He moved with compassion. He sent His Son, not to demand change, but to deliver a gift.

Romans 5 says that where sin increased, grace abounded all the more.

When someone believes in Jesus, they are not agreeing to try harder. They are agreeing to die and rise with Him. To move from Adam to Christ. From self rescue to salvation. From death to life.

You are not condemned for being unable to save yourself. Jesus never asked you to. He did what you could not do, once and for all. He ended the reign of Adam and opened the door to Christ, to sonship, freedom, and life.

The gospel is not about escaping yourself. It is about being reborn into Christ. And that’s the good news.

Sometimes the hardest part is the waiting. Not knowing when things will shift or how God will move.

It can even make you question if anything is happening at all. But what you feel in the waiting does not change what is true about God.

Even when you cannot see it, God is still working. God is faithful even in the unseen.

Your prayers are not wasted. God values your heart. He sees your faith in the middle of the waiting.

You may not understand the timing, but you can trust the One who holds your life.

There is a not-so-silent-killer of families, churches, communities and nations. That killer … strife.

Scripture says it ushers in confusion and every evil work in our midst.

The cure... humility, preferring one another, forgiveness and love.

There are times we just need to stop and ask ourselves before we speak or act... "Is it worth what this might stir up?" Most of the time it's not.

Today, may the peace of God rule our hearts and minds.

Prior to His death, a woman named Mary takes a jar of perfume valued at 300 pieces of silver (or a year's salary), cracks it open, pours it over Jesus' head and feet, and rubs it into his skin with her hair. It's not only lavish but socially awkward. Fragrance filled the room.

This is how it is when we pour worship out to our God. It may feel socially awkward at times, but the fragrance it leaves is priceless.

IT. IS. FINISHED!

Finished means brought to a completed state. Complete. Done. No need to do anything else. When Jesus said this on the cross, our redemption was brought to a completed state. It was finished.

You are not the exception to what Jesus finished. Your past is not stronger than His sacrifice.

Your shame is not more powerful than His grace. Through the finished work of Jesus Christ, you are forgiven, made righteous, and fully accepted.

That means you must stop looking back trying to fix what has already been finished. You can start living from who you already are in Him.
