🔥 WHAT A FATHER’S DAY CELEBRATION AT FISHERS OF MEN! 🔥

Today, the men of Fishers of Men Fellowship Center rose to the occasion and demonstrated what happens when kingdom men take their place! From the very beginning, the presence of God filled the sanctuary as the atmosphere was set through powerful praise and worship. As the piano echoed the timeless anthem “Yes” by Shekinah Glory Ministry, hearts were softened, hands were lifted, and God’s Spirit moved throughout the room.

We also took time to celebrate our June birthdays because every life is a gift worth honoring! 🎉

Then, God spoke through our guest preacher, Reverend Larry Broadhurst, who delivered a heart-stirring, soul-searching message entitled “The Prison Within” from Nehemiah 4:15 and Psalm 142:7. The Word challenged us to confront the invisible prisons of fear, pain, doubt, and limitation that seek to hold us captive while reminding us that God still has the power to bring His people into freedom.

And as the service came to a close, we paused to honor the shepherd God has given this house. We showered our Bishop with gifts, love, and appreciation, expressing what words alone could never fully capture. A great leader deserves great honor, and today we let him know just how much he means to the Fishers of Men family.

What a day of worship. What a day of honor. What a day of breakthrough.

The men showed up.
The Word showed out.
And God was glorified.

A real father isn’t just present for a moment, he’s faithful through every season. From the first cry in your arms, to the long talks that shape a young man, to the day the strength you poured out comes back to carry you… legacy is love that keeps showing up.

Today we honor the men who lead with integrity, love with consistency, and leave a covering that outlives them. Happy Father’s Day to the fathers who built something that lasts.

Ladies, what a beautiful reminder of God’s faithfulness we experienced at our Women’s Ministry Rainbow Tea! 🌈

Today, Reverend Tina Bobo blessed our hearts with a life-changing word that reminded us of a truth many of us know all too well: before the rainbow, there is always a storm. Sometimes we get discouraged by the rain, the wind, and the battles we face, not realizing that God is preparing a promise on the other side of our pain.

As our Color Captains shared the biblical significance of each color of the rainbow, we were reminded that every season of life carries purpose, power, and the presence of God. From strength to healing, grace to renewal, each color testified that God is intentional about every detail of our journey.

We also enjoyed wonderful food, heartfelt fellowship, and the sweet connection that happens when women gather in unity and faith. Hearts were encouraged, spirits were refreshed, and lives were impacted.

A heartfelt thank you to our Women’s Ministry for creating such a beautiful experience. Today was more than a gathering, it was a reminder that after every storm, God still paints the sky with His promises. 🌈✨
