What a privilege it was to represent our Philoptochos chapter last week at the Clergy-Laity/Philoptochos conference.
Magda and I had a jam-packed 5 days but worth every minute. It was an honor to be in the presence of so many hierarchs including our own Archbishop Elpidophoros, Metropolitan Josef from Buenos Aires and Grand Archimandrite Iakovos Krochak of the Ecumenical Patriarchate as well as over 180 priests from around the country. Enlightening, informative, inclusive, sisterhood and full of AGAPE. The theme of the conference was “RISE AND BUILD” and as we continue to do God’s work and work together we will Rise and Build.

Honored to attend this amazing week in Cleveland. Magda Osburn and Didi Marinake can’t wait to get back to Nashville to share this experience of AGAPE and sisterhood.

May is “Mental Health Awareness” month 💚💚💚

Thank you to everyone who attended our Appetizer exchange, chapter meeting and “Self Care is not Selfish” event on Thursday evening. Everyone enjoyed delicious appetizers, a short chapter meeting and an enlightening presentation from our Metropolis President, Dr Stephanie Poplos. It was a fun evening of food, fun and fellowship.
Hope everyone has a great summer and keep a lookout for our emails announcing upcoming events and dates we will be baking for the festival.
