They do have 2 food sensitivities:
Dairy (cow milk, cheese, yogurt…-- butter and small amount milk ok cooked in breads, etc) and Nightshade (tomato/ketchup/salsa, potato, bell/red/sweet/almost any pepper (Black pepper is safe), jalapeño, eggplant).

If dairy or nightshade are a side in a separate container (like for burritos) they are fine. Only some of the family have sensitivities. However, reactions take 2 days (dairy) to 2 weeks (nightshade) to go away.
Rachel says "To all the friends who have offered to bring us a meal following Lydia’s birth: Thank You So Much! We appreciate you.Thank you so much for your love and generosity. Blessings to everyone."

Here is their address and cell number and a short message from Rachel with her food restrictions: Rachel & Damon Miltner 420 Maplegrove Drive Rachel cell - 615-438-7650 (text and calls ok) To all the friends who have offered to bring us a meal following Lydia’s birth: Thank You So Much! We appre…
