Just when you thought you could feel your way around the room, the lights come on, and you finally acknowledge that you couldn’t see. We have been trying to feel our way through life… relationships… our purpose… and the future, all because we refuse to admit that we cannot see and ask for the lights to be on. 😬 But it’s when we allow God to turn on the lights that we are able to see all that was there. 👀 No more guessing games. CLARITY WITH HIS VOICE 🗣️🗣️🗣️

“Then a voice spoke from heaven, saying, “I have already brought glory to my name, and I will do so again.” 29 When the crowd heard the voice, some thought it was thunder, while others declared an angel had spoken to him” (John 12:28-29, NLT).

Jesus heard the voice of His Father. Some heard thunder while others thought it was angels. How can so many hear the same thing but only One knew it to be a voice? The One who heard God’s voice was the only One in relationhsip with that voice. The world may be hearing judgment. The Church may be hearing “thunder.” But it’s when you move from the world, or solely knowing God at Church to knowing Him personally, that you will make out His voice in what others deem to be noise. Never settle for noise, when you can hear a voice. It’s when we draw near, that we gain clarity to God’s voice!🚀🚀🚀

“Then the men turned away from there and went toward S***m, but Abraham still stood before the Lord” (Genesis 18:22, NKJV).

Abraham “still stood” was him “standing still before the Lord,” because intercession looks like just that… “standing still before the Lord.” Allow the news to come on… ESPN to be on… the phone to ring… or a notification to come through; and our attempted time in prayer is just that… “an attempt!” 😳 What’s valuable to you will keep your attention, and if that’s God, then you will be found “standing still before the Lord.” May those around us who need prayer be blessed as we give God our full, undivided attention in prayer! 🚀🚀🚀

👉🏽👉🏽 REFUSING TO BECOME WHAT WOUNDED US // CONSUELA ROACH 🔥🔥🔥

David knew God’s plans for his life were certain. Therefore, he did not let pride move him beyond God’s timing. He resisted the urge to remove Saul from his soon-to-be throne because he knew God’s timing would do that! Even as spears and daggers were hurled at his head, David allowed God to defend him. That’s what deliverance looks like, “refusing to become what was attempting to wound you!” 🚀🚀🚀

ARE WE REALLY PREACHING JESUS…? 🤔

“Which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. 28 HIM WE PREACH…” (Colossians 1:27-28, NKJV, emphasis added).

Sooo… how do we really know that it’s Jesus that’s being preached? Is it that His name is mentioned a few times? Is it the “He rose on the third day” closing? It’s necessary that we know it’s “Him that’s being preached” because it’s “a curse to preach any other gospel” (Gal 1:8-9). Lest we find ourselves shouting on a gospel that’s nothing more than a curse! 😬 Or sitting under a “kumbaya… charismatic TED-Talk… encouraging Biblical speeches!” It’s a relevant word when it’s centered on us. It’s the Gospel when it’s centered on Him. Be careful not to gravitate toward words that are about you, because you are more obsessed with yourself than with HIM. 🤯

You will know that it’s “Him being preached” when the message’s premise is centered on being in Him. When the caveat of the promise is based on what He finished. When the breakthrough is based on following His ways. When the bag is not based on sowing your seed, but your seed and the bag are based on His works. The open door is not tied to the prophet’s ministry or name, but rather to His Name. Even when it’s not “red letters,” what’s being preached can be traced back to His Words. 🙌🏽 If the message can be accomplished without Jesus, then it’s not “Him being preached,” and if you are not running from that place, the empty promise is on you! 😡

Be more excited about what the Bible says about “Him” than about what the preachers are trying to sell you about yourself. That’s why it’s “Him We Preach!” 🚀🚀🚀

👉🏽👉🏽 WHEN THE ASSIGNMENT IS TO SERVE THE ONE THAT’S IN YOUR SEAT 🔥🔥🔥

Hold on… David has been anointed as king, but Saul is still there. Two kings, but only one throne! Surely the Lord is going to make sense of this “royal musical chairs!” The Lord does, and it’s by calling David to serve the one he will one day replace. 😬 There will be times when, before taking your seat, you will be called to serve them while they are still seated. And you must trust that God will move them so that you may take your rightful seat. Until then, your focus is not on their seat. Your focus is to serve them while they are seated. Some assignments will be to serve others who may be occupying your seat! 🚀🚀🚀

WHO IS IMPACTING WHO // JEREMY ROACH 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Churches to schools in the city… 4 to 1. Churches to liquor stores… 5 to 1. Churches to hospitals… 41 to 1. And with these operations being greatly outnumbered by the Church, they still have a greater influence than our Churches. 😬 Who’s influencing who? This is not a call for more fiery preachers, more church traditions to be held, or more charismatic conferences. This is a call for our Churches to become God’s “House of Prayer!” 🚀🚀🚀
