Minister Andre' Waller was born on January 1, 1982, to the late Napoleon Hatcher and Lisa Waller in Louisville, Kentucky. Raised by his grandmother (Katherine Waller) he credits her for many of the qualities and attributes he contains to this day. Minister Waller has always been in church, growing up in the Greater Salem Baptist Church in Louisville. Greater Salem" because he was always the first
one to the church, and the last one to leave for any event that was held. On August 1, 2000, Minister Waller joined the United States Marine Corps. He served four years on active duty, including a ten month tour in Iraq/Kuwait in 2003 during Operation Iraqi Freedom. While in the Marine Corps, he served as chaplain for his platoon in Boot Camp and was very instrumental in working with Chapel Services in Iraq. Minister Waller helped start the Wednesday Night Bible Study and The Chapel Gospel Chorus while in Iraq. He also served four years in the reserves upon reentering the civilian sector of life on July 31 2004. Upon moving to Nashville, he united with The Tabernacle Of Glory Baptist Church where he answered his call to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ. Licensed to preach on August 14, 2005, he is still continuing on his ministry journey. He currently serves as youth minister and as an associate minister at Ambassadors For Christ Ministries under the pastorate of Reverends Michael and Donita Flippin. Minister Waller is a graduate of Belmont University where he earned a Bachelors of Business Administration. He plans to pursue his Masters of Divinity. Minister Waller was recently published in the book "Waking to The Holy" which is a compilation of the 2011 National Festival of Young Preachers. Minister Waller and Minister Larry Crudup have been very instrumental in providing Belmont University's campus with diverse worship experiences and Bible studies. He has also been asked to teach and preach at many youth day events as well as youth and men's conferences. Down through the years, God Has Been Good To Me, and I thank and praise HIM for all HE is doing in my life. I charge you not to put your trust in things for they will break down, not to put your trust in people, for they will let you down, but to put your trust in God, for He will pick you up when you are down! What matters most in my life is that I am a child of God, called by God, to do the will and work of God.
