The City of Minden is asking our community to join our neighbors in Ruston, LA, in lifting up sweet Lillian Smart.

Lillian is critically ill with an incredibly rare parasitic amoeba, and the next 48–72 hours are critical.

Our community knows how to rally around children, and we know how to pray for miracles. Please pray for the medications to work, for complete healing with little to no neurological damage, and for strength for Lillian and her entire family.

If prayer isn’t your practice, we ask that you simply take a moment of silence in honor of sweet Lillian and send love, hope and strength toward her family.

Minden and Webster Parish, let’s stand with Ruston, LA, and cover this little girl and her family in every bit of love and support we have. 🩷

Our goal will be to get the best suggest washer for Camp which is a Speed Queen, having a life span far longer than most washers without all the bells and whistles. One of our Large Capacity Washing machines died right as Summer is here. We Desperately need a good large capacity washing machine that is simple but will last a long time. We are aiming for a Speed Queen that is what is considered best for camp use. The Cost is about $1500.00. Thank You for Partner...

It’s peak season at Camp Harris, and we just had our washer go out! 20 staff, kitchen laundry, and 34 motel rooms in use, with just two washers. Please! Will you consider helping us get one more washer!?
