We are a small Presbyterian Church, PC(USA), located in Homer, La. just about 50 or so miles NE of Shreveport, LA. Sunday School begins at 9:45 A.M. on each Sunday Morning for students of all ages, Worship begins at 10:45 A.M. and everyone is welcome to attend. Our Youth customarily meet from Wed. evening, from 6 P.M until 7:00 or so, when the fellowship ends. We have a great choir and would welcome the opportunity to share the love God gives to us with each of you.

Members of First Homer Presbyterian Church once again hosted their annual Thanksgiving Day meal for those individuals would otherwise be alone on this holiday. We are more than thankful for all those who volunteered to set up tables, who prepared all the delicious food, and a special thanks to the men who went above and beyond, slicing turkeys and hams, cleaning tables, and even washing dishes! First Presbyterian Church of Homer was delighted to host the Women's Tapestry Gathering on Saturday, February 10. The program began with a performance by the FPC Choir, followed by an inspirational homily on the subject of love by Susan Herring. Afterwards, the ladies gathered in the Fellowship Hall for soup, salad and desserts.
