Good Afternoon!!! Happy Sunday!! Today, we joyfully celebrated a monumental milestone - our 155th Church Anniversary. Pastor Dyes delivered a profoundly inspiring message from Ephesians 6:11 and Revelations 2:4, titled “Don’t be found Naked when he comes!” This powerful reminder emphasized that embracing God-given virtues such as truth, righteousness, faith, and the Word of God is a deliberate, daily choice that empowers us to stand resilient against spiritual challenges.

As we navigate the devil's cunning strategies designed to mislead, our purpose remains unwavering: to stand firm, hold our ground, and remain unshakeable in faith.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Pastor Dyes and St. Matthew for joining us in celebration. God's goodness abounds, and His best is yet to come!!

As we honor the pillars of love and devotion today, joy filled our morning, bound together by the warmth and affection that only family can provide, as the men lovingly prepared a special breakfast for all mothers.

Pastor Wright delivered an uplifting sermon, 'The Unwavering Protection of a Mother's Love,' drawing inspiration from Exodus 2:1-4, which beautifully recounts the courageous acts of Moses' mother, who defied Pharaoh's orders, hiding her baby for three months before setting him afloat in a waterproof basket on the Nile, while her daughter Miriam watched over him from afar.

The Blood Still Works!! On today Pastor Wright brought the powerful word from Exodus 12:7, titled Remember the Blood!!!!

Take the blood of the paschal lamb and apply it. Apply it to the two side posts and the upper door post of the houses.

The blood was applied specifically to houses where the Passover lamb was eaten.

Purpose: The blood served as a glorious sign to protect the inhabitants from the destroyer during the plague on Egypt.

There’s power, power wonder-working power!! There’s power in the blood of Jesus! Today we celebrated April and May Birthdays!!! It’s a blessing to be alive and a blessing for others!!!

What an unforgettable night! We concluded our 3-night Revival with a powerful message from Pastor Combs, rooted in Psalms 46:10, “Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.”

This profound scripture is titled, Put it all in his hand, with a subtopic that resonates deeply: When it’s out of your hands!! This verse isn’t just about quiet contemplation; it’s a divine command to surrender our frantic efforts and trust in a higher power. In other words, JUST RELAX! GOD GOT IT!!!

It’s about embracing the peace that comes from recognizing God’s sovereignty, faithfulness, and presence, even amidst turmoil. In the context of Psalm 46, we find solace in God as our refuge and strength, a promise that He will be honored worldwide. This scripture serves as a comforting reminder to stop worrying and trust that God is in control, protecting His people.

We extend heartfelt gratitude to all the guest churches who joined us in lifting the name of Jesus high! Special thanks to Pastor Eric Caldwell for worshipping with us tonight! This week has been a testament to the power of community and worship. Let’s celebrate the goodness of God and declare His worthiness to be praised!!

Let the church say Amen! Pastor Combs delivered a soul-stirring message tonight, breathing life into the familiar passage of Psalms 100, with verse 4 being the divine focus, in the spirit-filled text titled, “Lord I’m Thankful!” Psalm 100 stands as an exuberant call to worship, inviting all creation to extol God with jubilant praise, thanksgiving, and reverent service, acknowledging Him as the Creator and Shepherd of unwavering faithfulness. Verse 4 shines brightly: "Enter His gates with thanksgiving, And into His courts with praise. Give thanks to Him, bless His name."

This scripture beautifully captures the essence of worship, painting a vivid picture of a public procession into the Temple, underscoring the importance of approaching God with gratitude and thanksgiving.

The atmosphere was electric tonight as the spirit overflowed in the room! Let’s cultivate hearts of thankfulness for God’s ongoing work in our lives!! Each new day is a blessing, a privilege to behold and experience life!! It’s a joy to express our gratitude to the Lord for the gift of life and every breath we take!!
