On this memorial of the Passion of St. John the Baptist, may we have courage like his to stand up for Christ and his Church, to not stoop to compromising the truths Christ revealed to us. And may we defend the faith out of love for Christ, his Church and for the well-being of our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ.

The Catholic Daughters Joan of Arc #846 would like to invite the pastorate to join them on Sept 8th at 7PM at St. Lawrence in Milbank to celebrate Our Blessed Mother's birthday with praying a Rosary and having rootbeer and orange floats afterwards in celebration of our Priests Fr. Tom and Fr. John. We will gather around the statue of Mary in the garden north of the church or inside the church in the case of inclement weather. Please bring the whole family and your lawn chairs!
